Let’s start the morning slowly. Why, because there is no rush if most of your clients are not working on the same time zone as you are.
This is what I will be looking forward to next week when I arrive in Lisbon for my #coworking retreat with other nomadic women entrepreneurs. My calendar is full of Zoom meetings and when I change my time zone with this handy tool https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/ I can see that I will have plenty of time to start my day my way! ( with coffee)
I have been trying to implement a good block of time to take care of my morning self-care routine, but find that my best time to focus on my clients’ projects is actually early in the morning. Part of my self-care routine is spending quality time with my horses, and that often just does not happen. My current solution — early morning for clients and mid day for horses 🙂
So, I am looking forward to seeing how my morning routine will play out in Lisbon, and no I am not taking my horses with me! I believe that I will have a good chunk of time in the afternoon in a dedicated coworking space is going to be super productive for me. And, if I want to, I can work into the early evening. Lisbon certainly does not go to sleep early. This could work for you too!
I’m looking forward to sharing updates and news about the different coworking spaces that we will be working from on this trip. In Lisbon we have book marked LACS and Heden. In Cascais we have two more to try out. Follow me on Instagram during the month of May, where I will share what we are up to.

Thinking this could be a trip you would like to go on? We are heading back to Lisbon in October for two weeks with a weekend getaway to the Algarve ( weather is gorgeous on the south coast in October).
I would love to hear back from you if you are even just thinking about this – what would be the obstacles in your way of making this happen? Send me an email at email@example.com and let me know.
You are welcome to visit my website at www.travellikealocal.today to find out more about our October trip.
